Using chrome 3.0.195.21 with google/blogger account rsults in same issue. All user data cleared with no effect.

FireFox working no problem, sorry I don't have more info.

To add extra info. It's been working fine for me since I started on SO. I'm using FF on Mac. I have had issue where logging in on iPhone means I have to log in again on Mac but this is just crazy. If I don't touch the page for 5 mins I'm logged out basically and I've started to notice that clicking in certain places (can't be more specific) also thinks I'm logged out. Odd and VERY frustrating!!!!

Hi, I use technorati.com and they are down - which then means my stackoverflow.com access is down :( - any comments on good openid providers...

I also had this problem, but like Chris, I was able to fix it by clearing cookies, etc.

I just ran into this problem. I was able to log in again when I switched from Chrome to Firefox. I was able to log back in in Chrome after clearing my browsing data (history, cookies, downloads, and cache).

It just stopped working for me but only in Chrome (11-sep-08 15:21 -3 GMT)

I've just started to have issues too... I've been sucessfully logging in with my OpenID techdissonance.blogspot.com but now almost at random I'm being logged out and then occasionally I can't actually log back in as I'm getting a "no OpenID identifier was provided". Used to be I could click a link in skype for example and be logged in but now i'm not even though I am in another tab.

    no OpenID identifier was provided.

Login worked for me last time I tried it. No idea what the issue was, but I couldn't log in for days.

Oh, and another comment, I'd imagine that you'd be very unlikely to be able to login with myname.myopenid.com :)

In another uservoice post, Jeff fixed a users problem thus...
"make sure your openid account allows us to get your email address and display name" - does your myopenid persona allow this ?
