My suggestions:
1. For each of these categories, be able to somehow see beyond the top 10. The close votes one for example has only questions that are closed because of the number of them. I can imagine the next 10 are worth consideration;
2. There needs to be something there for questions with delete or undelete votes that haven't (yet) been deleted or undeleted. They just won't get the attention of other high rep users otherwise;
3. The most edits information still has what I deem "noise". For example http://stackoverflow.com/revisions/859264/list has 11 edits, 10 by the same person. I've previously suggested excluding posts from the edit velocity where all th edits are by one person. This one is harder but is still worth excluding. Perhaps where all but 1 edit is by one person?
Love the variable timeframe bit too.

Sounds reasonable.
I'd also like a way to sort the list of flagged questions by # of flags. Now that it's showing posts with single flags, it gets crowded...
