New and improved 10k rep tools
First off, let me just say that the 10k rep tools can be really helpful in finding problem activity. Typically you can't do much about it but hey it's a start.
My suggestions:
1. Sort comment velocity in descending # of comments;
2. Sort edit velocity in descending # of edits;
3. List the last... more

I'm going to add:
- List any questions with 1 or more undelete votes
Also the vote and edit velocities either don't seem to age or age way too slowly. I look at it now and theres stuff that was there a month ago with either no more or no major activity

If we get tag tools, it'd be nice to have "tags used on < 10 posts", to help catch misspelled existing tags before they, uh, catch on.
