Localize date formats on reputation chart
The "start" and "end" date text boxes on the reputation graph are in the wacky US date format (mm/dd/yyyy).
If it's not possible to localize these for each user, I think it would at least be worth formatting them in some way that's more logical - either dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy-m... more

I'm from the US and I agree that our standard date format is idiotic.
Localized date formats sounds good, but adding a popup calendar to the text boxes would help too.
