BUG: bounty points incorrectly attributed to my answer

Read http://stackoverflow.com/questions/359727#486543
Then:

1/ Remove the accepted status to my answer
2/ Remove the 75 points from my rep
3/ replay all other upvotes from Feb. 3rd which was ignored due to my 200 points limits (at least 2 upvotes)
4/ Select Ric's answer as the correct one
5/ Attribute to Ric's rep the full bounty points (150)

This is a BUG and not a feature since your very own FAQ does not mention an ebay aspect to SO.

That means you can NOT say: the user *had to* select the appropriate answer before the 7 days limit.
That would mean: I introduce a screwed-up feature, and then blame the user for not using it right.

working as designed; post with most upvotes (minimum of 2 required) is accepted at end of bounty period. Anything else results in exploits. Sorry.

"working as designed" ??? You are kidding me ?
This was not a request by the way. You screw up that feature: fix it, learn from your mistake and move on!

        Unbelievable...

This has nothing to do with exploit, except you exploiting people in a "gamble" which makes no sense.
