I've noticed that inline code (using either the code tag or backticks) is hard to differentiate from regular text. Can you add a light background-color to code tags so that they stand out a little more?

Sidenote: This is especially noticeable on my Vista machine, since Consolas is (by design) much more readable that Courier New, so it blends in with the paragraph text. But please DO NOT remove Consolas as the code font. :)
